■複数の色・サイズの商品ご購入について
Tシャツ・ポロシャツの各アイテムについて複数の色・サイズの商品を購入したい場合は、お手数ですが1回ずつ複数回のフォーム記入・送信をお願いいたします。

■ 商品のお渡しについて
準備が整い次第、事務局よりご連絡を差し上げますので、北海道伊達市役所第２庁舎　商工観光課まで代金をご持参ください。原則的に、商品の受け取りと支払いに来られない場合は購入できません。

■ ご注文と成約について

以下の理由により当実行委員会は無条件でご注文をお断りすることができます。
1）個人情報に虚偽が認められた場合
2）お客様と連絡がつかない場合
3）商品のお渡しができない場合
4）その他、当実行委員会がご注文のお断りの必要を認めた場合

■ 損害への対処
利用者が故意または過失により本サービスの運用に障害をもたらした場合、当社は当該利用者に対して損害の賠償を求める場合があります。

■ 準拠法
当サイトは法令の異なる様々な地域より閲覧する事が可能ですが、当サイトのご利用にあたり、日本の法令、その他の規範を遵守しそれに拘束されます。
