第46回 伊達武者まつり 写真・動画コンテスト MUSHACON
募集要項

伊達武者まつり実行委員会は、伊達武者まつりを PR するための写真・動画を募集します。騎馬行列や山車パレードなど武者まつりの様子がわかるものや、過去の開催の資料となるもの、今年度開催する甲冑や山車の展示、スタンプラリーの様子がわかるものなど、次の募集要項をご確認の上、たくさんの応募をお待ちしております。

１．応募期限

2022 年 8 月 14 日（日）を第 1 回の応募期限とします。

(2022年9月・追記)2022 年 11 月 30日（水）を応募期限とし、応募を締め切ります

２．応募資格と概要

  • プロ・ アマチュアの個人、法人・団体など、どなたでも応募できます。ただし、この要項についてご理解・同意いただいた方に限ります。
  • 応募いただいた写真・動画は伊達武者まつりのPR に利用します。（後述の内容をご確認ください）
  • 過去の開催を含む伊達武者まつりおよび関連する写真・動画を募集します。（後述の内容をご確認ください）

３．応募方法

投稿(応募)の際にハッシュタグ「#mushacon」をつけて投稿してください。伊達武者まつり実行委員会(以下、「当実行委員会」という。)の公式アカウントをフォローしてメッセージで連絡をとれるようにしてください。

４．賞品と選考基準について

①賞品
  • 最優秀賞：商品券 2 万円分 1 名
  • 優秀賞 ：商品券 1 万円分 1 名
  • 参加賞 ：地域の産物など 抽選により 3 名
②選考基準
  • 武者まつりの様子が伝わるものであるか
  • 過去の開催の資料となるものであるか
  • 武者まつりへの思い、思い出などが伝わるものであるか

５．選考および当選発表などについて

  • 当実行委員会内で 1 年に 1 回、当選作品を決定いたします。選考の理由・経緯等について原則的に公開しません。
  • 当選作品のウェブ公開・展示等の際に、応募者の情報（氏名・アカウント名など）を公開する場合があります。
  • 当選発表は賞品の発送をもってかえさせていただきます。
  • 応募の受付、当選確認に関する問い合わせはお受けできません。

６．賞品の発送等について

  • 当選者に個別で連絡し、景品のお送り先をお聞きします。SNS で応募いただいた場合、当選者へは、 SNS のメッセージを使用しご連絡いたしますので、通知設定(プッシュ通知)を必ずオンにしてください。ウェブサイトから応募いただいた場合、当選者へはメールでご連絡いたします。
  • 当選連絡の際にいただいたご連絡先は、本コンテストの業務以外には使用いたしません。
  • 当選のご連絡後、７日以内にご返信いただけない場合、当選を無効とする場合があります。
  • 賞品は予告なく変更となる場合がございます。
  • 1 人で複数の賞を受賞した場合は、賞品はひとつのみとさせていただきます。

７．応募作品の利用について

  • 応募作品の著作権は応募者に帰属しますが、使用する権利は実行委員会が有するものとします。また、応募作品および付随するコメント等の情報を受賞の有無を問わず、(1)「実行委員会が行うイベントやコンテスト開催に関すること」、(2)「実行委員会が管理する WEB サイト、SNS、動画、印刷物、販売促進物、宣伝広告物等への掲載」に利用させていただきます。なお、利用にあたって、加工・改変・編集を行うことがあります。その場合、特に個別にお知らせすることはございませんので、予めご了承ください。

８．注意事項

①応募作品について
  • 応募作品は応募者が撮影し著作権と使用する権利を有するもの、あるいは応募者が使用する権利をもつものに限ります。また、他のコンテストなどへの未発表、未受賞のものに限ります。
  • 投稿者以外の人物が写り込む場合は、その人物の承諾を得た上で投稿してください。撮影者の著作権、被撮影者の肖像権の権利侵害等、応募された写真・動画の使用にあたって何らかの責任問題が発生した場合、実行委員会はその責任を一切負いません。
  • 解像度が低く、作品が詳細に確認できない場合には、元データを再送付して頂く可能性があります。
②その他
  • SNS による応募の場合はユーザーアカウントが必要になります。途中でユーザーアカウントを削除した場合は仮に当選されていても当選が無効となりますので、ご注意ください。 ウェブサイト利用での応募の場合は SNS のアカウントは必要ありません。
  • SNS による応募の場合、当実行委員会の公式アカウントをフォローしていただく必要があります。フォローを外しますと、仮に当選されていても当選が無効となる場合がありますのでご注意ください。また、ユーザーアカウントが非公開設定の場合、応募作品が確認できない場合があり、審査の対象 外となります。
  • 理由のいかんを問わず、当実行委員会で応募が確認できなかった場合は審査の対象外となります。
  • ウェブサイトでの応募の際にはメールアドレスが必要になります。dmsf@samuraihokkaido.com を受信できるように設定してください。
  • 受賞の権利を他の人へ譲渡することはできません。
  • 本コンテストは使用する各 SNS の利用規定・規約に準じます。

９．免責事項等

  • 本コンテストは過去の資料の収集・保存と伊達武者まつりの PR を目的としているため、作品の優劣を競うコンテストの一般的な内容とは異なる内容があることを予めご了承ください。
  • 本コンテストに関連して発生した応募者と第三者とのトラブル・損害に関しては、実行委員会では責任を負いません。
  • 本コンテストに使用する SNS および関連するアプリケーションの動作環境により発生するコンテス ト運営の中断または中止によって生じるいかなる損害についても、実行委員会は責任を負いません。
  • SNS のアプリにつきましては、iPhone は App Store より、Android は Google Play よりダウンロードしてください。
  • 本コンテストへの応募に関する一切の費用は応募者が負担するものとします。
  • 本コンテストは使用する各 SNS 提供会社が支援、運営、関与するものではありません。
  • 未成年者の方は保護者の同意を得た上で応募してください。
  • 本コンテストの開催に際し取得した個人情報は、受賞の確定、賞品の発送、各種お問い合わせ対応にのみに使用いたします。
  • 実行委員会の判断で個別に上記の応募方法以外での応募を受け付ける場合があります。
  • 本コンテストの内容、応募要項に関して、予告なく変更またはやむを得ず中止される場合がありますのであらかじめご了承ください。この場合、実行委員会は本コンテストの変更及び中止に関連して、いかなる個人・法人に対しても一切責任を負いません。また、本コンテストに参加したこと、または選考結果に起因するいかなる損失、負債、被害、費用、その他の申し立てについて、実行委員会は一切責任を負いません。
  • 賞品の発送は日本国内に在住の方に限ります。

10.禁止事項

項本コンテストへの応募に際し以下の行為・表現を禁止し、違反した場合は応募を無効とします。

  • 本コンテストの運営を妨害する行為
  • 法令に違反する行為及び違反する行為を幇助・勧誘・強制・助長する行為 ・公序良俗、一般常識に反する行為
  • 特定の個人、団体、企業、地域等を誹謗中傷する行為
  • 本人の承諾なく個人情報を開示、漏えいするなどプライバシーを侵害するものまたは職務上知り得た機密事項を発信する行為
  • 第三者の知的所有権（特許権、意匠権、著作権、商標権、肖像権等全ての権利）を侵害するおそれのある行為
  • 広告、宣伝、勧誘、営業活動、その他営利を目的とする行為
  • 人種、民族、国籍、ジェンダー、セクシュアリティなどに基づく区別・排除あるいは制限を行う差別表現、ヘイトスピーチ等不適切な内容、およびそれらを含むウェブページ等へリンクする行為
  • 社会問題に関連した虚偽または誤解を招く内容
  • コンピュータウィルス等有害なプログラムを使用もしくは提供する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為
  • 同一の人物により繰り返し投稿される同一内容のものや似通った内容
  • 他人への誹謗中傷、脅迫、いやがらせに該当する行為
  • 他人の名義、その他会社等の組織名を名乗ること等による、なりすまし行為
  • 他人の著作権その他の知的財産権を侵害する他の印刷物、展覧会などで公表されている画像を投稿する行為
  • 営利を目的とした情報提供、広告宣伝もしくは勧誘行為
  • わいせつ、児童ポルノ及び児童の性的搾取を助長するデータを投稿する行為
  • 使用する各 SNS の利用規約・法令に違反する行為
  • 実行委員会が本コンテストの趣旨に沿わないと判断する行為
  • 実行委員会が悪質または不適切であると判断する行為
  • その他上記に準ずる行為

MUSHACON – 46th DSMF – Photo and Video Contest
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

　The Date Samurai Festival Executive Committee invites you to submit photos and videos to promote the 46th Date Samurai Festival. We are looking forward to receiving many submissions after reading the following guidelines, such as those that show the cavalry procession, float parade, and other aspects of the festival, as well as those that provide information on past events, the display of armor and floats, and the stamp rally to be held this year.

1. Application deadline

The first application due date is Sunday, August 14, 2022.
(Sept. 2022, addendum) Applications will be due by Wednesday, November 30, 2022.

2.Eligibility and Outline

  • Anyone can apply, including professional and amateur individuals, corporations, and organizations. However, only those who understand and agree to these guidelines are eligible.
  • Photos and videos submitted will be used to promote the Date Samurai Festival. (Please confirm the details below).
  • Photos and videos of the Date Samurai Festival and related events, including those held in the past, are welcome. (Please refer to the details below)

3.How to apply

There is no limit to the number of entries.

(1) Application via SNS

Please use the hashtag “#mushacon” when submitting your entry.
Follow the official account of the Date Samurai Festival Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Executive Committee”) and contact us with a message. Please follow the official account of the Date Samurai Festival Executive Committee (hereafter referred to as “the Committee”) so that we can contact you by message.

4.Prizes and Selection Criteria

(1)Prizes
  • Grand Prize: 1 winner will receive a 20,000 yen gift certificate
  • Excellence Award: One 10,000 yen gift certificate
  • Participation Prize: Local products, etc. 3 winners to be selected by drawing
(2)Selection criteria
  • Does it convey the atmosphere of the Samurai Festival?
  • Does it serve as a reference material for past festivals?
  • Does it convey the applicant’s thoughts and memories of the festival?

5.Selection and announcement of winners

  • The selection of winners will be made once a year by the Executive Committee. In principle, we will not disclose the reasons and background of the selection process.
  • When the winning entries are exhibited on the web, the entrant’s information (name, account name, etc.) will be made public.
  • Winners will be announced by sending the prizes to the winners.
  • We will not be able to accept any inquiries regarding the receipt of entries or confirmation of winners.

6.prize shipment

  • Winners will be contacted individually and asked for their prize delivery address. If you enter via our website, winners will be notified by email.
  • We will not use your contact information for any other purpose than to contact you about your prize.
  • If you do not respond within 7 days of being notified of your selection, your selection may be forfeited.
  • Prizes are subject to change without notice.
  • If one person wins more than one prize, only one prize will be awarded.

7.Use of Entries

  • The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the entrant, but the Executive Committee reserves the right to use the work. In addition, regardless of whether or not an entry wins a prize, the submitted work and accompanying comments and other information will be used (1) “in connection with events and contests held by the Executive Committee” and (2) “on the Executive Committee’s website, SNS, videos, printed materials, sales promotion materials, advertising materials, etc.”. Please note that the information may be processed, altered, or edited in the course of use. In such cases, please note that no separate notification will be made.

8.Notes

(1) About the submitted works
  • Entries must be photographs taken by the entrant and for which the entrant owns the copyright and the right to use, or has the right to use. Entries must not have been previously published or won a prize in any other contest.
  • If a person other than the submitter appears in the photo, please obtain the consent of that person before submitting the photo. The Executive Committee will not be held responsible for any liability issues that may arise from the use of the submitted photos and videos, such as copyright infringement by the photographer or portrait rights by the photographed person.
  • If the resolution is too low and the work cannot be checked in detail, we may ask you to resend the original data.
(2) Others
  • If you submit your work via SNS, you will be required to have a user account. Please note that if you delete your user account during the contest, your entry will be invalid even if you have been selected. If you apply through the website, you do not need a SNS account.
  • If you apply via SNS, you will need to follow the official account of the Executive Committee. Please note that if you do not follow us, your entry may be invalidated even if you are selected as a winner. If your account is set to “private,” we may not be able to view your entry and it will not be considered.
  • If for any reason the Executive Committee is unable to confirm your entry, it will be disqualified from the judging.
  • Your email address is required to submit your entry via the website; please make sure you have set up your email address to receive dmsf@samuraihokkaido.com .
  • The award is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to any other person.
  • The contest is subject to the terms and conditions of each social networking service used.

9.Disclaimer

  • The purpose of this contest is to collect and preserve past materials and to promote the Date Samurai Festival, so please be aware that some of the contents of this contest may differ from the general contents of contests in which entries compete for excellence.
  • The Executive Committee will not be held responsible for any problems or damages that may occur between entrants and third parties in connection with this contest.
  • The Executive Committee will not be responsible for any damages caused by the interruption or discontinuation of the contest operation due to the operating environment of the SNS and related applications used in this contest.
  • Please download the SNS application from the App Store for iPhone and Google Play for Android.
  • All costs related to the contest are the sole responsibility of the entrant.
  • The Competition is not supported, operated, or sponsored by the SNS providers used.
  • Minors must obtain the consent of their parents or guardians before entering the Contest.
  • Personal information obtained in connection with this Contest will be used only for the purpose of confirming the winners, sending prizes, and responding to various inquiries.
  • The Executive Committee reserves the right to accept entries by methods other than those described above on a case-by-case basis.
  • Please note that the contents of the Contest and the entry requirements may be changed without prior notice, or the Contest may be terminated due to unavoidable circumstances. In this case, the Executive Committee will not be liable to any person or entity in connection with such change or discontinuation of the Competition. In addition, the Executive Committee shall not be liable for any loss, liability, damage, expense, or other claim resulting from participation in the Competition or from the results of the selection process.
  • Prizes will be shipped only to those who reside in Japan.

10.Prohibited Items

  • The following acts or expressions are prohibited when entering the Contest, and any violation will invalidate the entry
  • Any act that interferes with the operation of the Contest.
  • Any act that violates laws and regulations, and any act that aids, solicits, coerces, or encourages violations of such laws and regulations.
  • Any act that defames or slanders a specific individual, group, company, region, etc.
  • Disclosure or leakage of personal information without the consent of the person concerned, or other acts that infringe on privacy or transmit confidential information obtained in the course of one’s duties
  • Actions that may infringe on the intellectual property rights (patent rights, design rights, copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, and all other rights) of a third party
  • Any advertisement, promotion, solicitation, sales activity, or any other commercial purpose.
  • Any act that links to web pages that contain discriminatory expressions, hate speech, or other inappropriate content that distinguishes, excludes, or restricts people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexuality, etc., or any such content
  • False or misleading content related to social issues
  • Use or provision of harmful programs such as computer viruses, or actions that may lead to such use or provision
  • Identical or similar content posted repeatedly by the same person
  • Behavior that constitutes slander, threats, or harassment of others
  • Impersonation of others by using another person’s name or the name of another company or other organization
  • Posting images that have been published in other printed materials or exhibitions that infringe on the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others
  • Providing information, advertising, or soliciting for profit
  • Posting data that promotes obscenity, child pornography, or sexual exploitation of children
  • Violating the terms of use or laws and regulations of the social networking services used
  • Behavior that the Executive Committee deems to be inconsistent with the purpose of the Contest
  • Behavior that the Executive Committee deems to be malicious or inappropriate
  • Any other acts similar to the above
